I’m still a bit gutted by the news. Yesterday I wrote “5 songs from Bowie”. Today let’s dig into a few covers.
Most people will start with Nirvana unplugged. I’m not most people. Added bonus with this one. It combines music and film. Like the man himself. Plus Wes is a favorite film maker of mine. And his soundtracks? Brilliant. For this film Brazilian star Seu Jorge performs of Bowie classics in Portuguese. Just voice and acoustic guitar. Glorious.
This one is one of those “I want that” moments. I want to be in that crowd. Imagine the rehearsal time this took.
