  • It’s beginning to seem trite to say, “another good week,” but it really is.

For starters, any week with Wilco covering The Mats is a winner. But then you add great new songs from, Divine Fits and Arctic Monkeys.

Mix in nice entries from Lorde and Never Shout Never

And finally, my favorite of the week, “Gallup NM,” from the indie super-group Shouting Matches (who’d have thunk Justin would make an album like this? not me, but color me happy!)

  • Color me Happy too. I’m not a big Bon Iver fan but this album is loose and fun.

I had to include that “boot” of Wilco even though I couldn’t get the mp3 to sound all that good.

  • OK… I especially liked the ending of the show – killer
*Divine Fits – Ain’t That the Way
*Lorde – Royals (thanks for the anonymous nod)
*Wilco – The Boys Are Back In Town (Live Cover)
*Kristina Koller Band – Cry Me a River (Live Cover) – of course I have to lover her voice
*Wilco – Color Me Impressed (Live Cover) – almost reminded me of Steven Wright-Mark, that kind of energy (waiting on new Replacements material)
