La Birreria at Eataly

I’ve been dying to get over to Eataly in NYC – do a little shopping, eat some authentic Italian food, take a cooking or wine class.  And now this… La Birreria is opening next week, a rooftop restaurant with a “beer forward” menu.  

Would you like a side order of antibiotics with your chicken parm?

I don’t think environmentalists are the only one that have a problem with this.
